This information is actually received by us to make sure that in case transferor is not paid by you or you cancelled the booking in violation of our terms and conditions or that of the concerned transferor. In this condition we can reimburse the losses caused by your action to the transferor. Where specified at a particular resort your credit card details may be taken as actual payment for the transfer, this will be explained to you on your booking form if relevant.

Your details are given only to the concerned transferor who will be making your transfer. We destroy all your credit card details once you have availed the services of the transferor for full payment. Under no circumstances are your details given to any other company or marketing association by us except as provided in this policy.

Your personal profile

This information is not used for marketing purposes of any sort. Information which does not identify any individual may be used in a general way by us or third parties, to provide class information, for example relating to demographics or usage of a particular service. Some of this information is classified as sensitive information by the UK Data Protection Act 1998. We make the assumption that in giving this information to us, you consent to our holding it for the duration of 1 year maximum.

Affiliate information

This is information given to us in the course of your business and ours as you have applied to join our affiliate scheme. Such information is retained for business use only.
